Welcome to Twin Ponds Estate at Havenwood Lodging. Nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains and a stones throw from the Pocono Mountains, sitting on 33 acres. Welcome to Twin Ponds Estate, 6000 Sq. Ft with 13 bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths, and a PRIVATE INDOOR HEATED SALTWATER POOL, HOT TUB, AND SAUNA, OPEN YEAR ROUND! Not to mention the VIEWS AND 2 PONDS ON THE PROPERTY, perfect for fishing and hiking!

Saltwater Swimming pool and Hot tub are professionally cleaned/serviced weekly!

Main level floor has 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each) and 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen, and a LARGE Sunroom overlooking the pond. Head down to the pool room with the heated pool and hot tub overlooking the land and the pond. One side of the pool room has a sauna room along with bathrooms and changing room. The other side has a game room with slate pool table, a bar, card table, and an additional bathroom.

Be sure to bring your hiking and fishing gear, all of which can be done on the property. The pond is fully stocked! The second pond sits next to a large fire pit to enjoy the outdoors!

The 2nd floor has 7 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 3 with full beds, and 2 with 2 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd floor has 4 bedrooms ( 3 with queen beds and 1 with 2 single beds) and 1 full bathroom. There are a total of 7 queen beds, 3 full beds, and 6 single beds.

-The home and all 33 acres are private to you and your group. You will not share with anyone else. You will have 24/7 remote access and keypad entry to the home.
